She has worked in many leading companies operating in a diverse range of specialties that include software, ecommerce, music, technology, fashion and financial services.

 

Her work in Marketing and Public Relations allowed her to work alongside beauty/fashion and lifestyle brands, where she managed product launches and branding projects for multinational clients such as Procter and Gamble. As an administration and operations specialist, she worked for industry giant Calvin Klein among others that ranged from startup to mid sized to global leaders. 

 

Her experiences and expertise encompass the business of doing business at every level, from understanding and navigating the paperwork and branding that form the foundation of a company to helping create the polished look that launches a brand. All that combined with her own entrepreneurial experiences led her to create “Success with Glee” where she brings her 360 ecosystem of business services to entrepreneurs.

Gabriela is also a Director for Constru-Yo a non-profit organization that supports and seeks to empower women within the construction field, providing them with the facility to receive education in this area by offering scholarships, and other types of support to empower and create opportunities in this area.  She also mentors individuals in their job search endeavors who are beginning their careers.
